We’re proud to share that REYMSA Cooling Towers, Inc. has successfully reaffirmed its Special Seismic Certification in accordance with the updated International Building Code (IBC) 2024. This renewed certification confirms REYMSA’s ongoing compliance with ICC Evaluation Service Document AC156, “Acceptance Criteria for Seismic Certification by Shake-Table Testing of Nonstructural Components.”
Testing was conducted through tri-axial shake table testing at a laboratory accredited by the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB) to ISO 17025, and witnessed by the seismic qualification engineer, Junker Gonzalez Engineering Group.
This achievement underscores REYMSA’s continued commitment to safety, reliability, and engineering excellence — ensuring our cooling towers meet the highest seismic performance standards.
