In its initial phase, our REYMSA cooling towers are supplying air conditioning to the EXPEDITION FEMSA and Residence 1 buildings.
This system will progressively expand to serve the main campus and mixed-use spaces such as the Wellness Center, ultimately reaching a total cooling capacity of 14,200 tons.
Nucleo is part of the Tec’s commitment to net-zero emissions, integrating advanced energy generation and management systems that enable a 30% reduction in energy consumption per square meter for cooling services.
